Ordering Online
When ordering office supplies and custom stamps, signs or nameplates, there will be two checkout sites, separate deliveries, and invoices.
You may use the same Purchase Order number on both orders.
Delivery
We provide delivery within 3-5 days from receiving your order
(Some custom items, and large orders will take extra time to process).
All orders outside of Ohio are subject to a delivery charge
• Orders within Ohio will be delivered via best way (No delivery charge)
• Orders outside Ohio will ship via UPS Ground (Delivery charge)

Returns
All stamps, nameplates, and signs are non-returnable unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Call customer service for a Return Authorization.

Capitol offers commercial net 30-day accounts (Please request a credit application). We accept the following credit cards,
Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
